I am very happy with the purchase, it is exactly the same as the product described in the publication. Maybe it would have been a good idea to invest in a new battery as the one it came with doesn't last as long as I expected it to. But that's the only drawback I have.

Very good product, in excellent condition! Installation went very smoothly, and I was able to transfer the vast majority of my data to it. The performance is very good, and the battery lasts well. A really good deal!

It arrived just in time and the packaging was perfect. The phone looks brand new and is in excellent condition. However, I was disappointed that I was not informed that it is a mainland China model, which means it does not have a dual SIM or eSIM option. It took me a long time to discover this and in the end I had to replace my iPhone 11 eSIM with a physical SIM card, which was a huge waste of time and money. Also, the glass screen protector does not have a self-adhesive film. It is just a thin piece of glass, there is no plastic layer that can be peeled off to reveal the adhesive material of the glass. It didn't help and I had to buy another screen protector.

I'm disappointed with this galaxy s21, as it no longer picks up any network inside my home, whereas my old A10 worked perfectly until now. BACK MARKET has nothing to do with it, but you asked for my opinion, here it is.

Once again, the return of my iPhone didn't live up to my expectations and especially to the evaluation made before its return for the purchase of an IPhone 12. It's heartbreaking and really upsets me, especially as the refurbisher's return comment was not at all sympathetic. I can no longer recommend your site despite numerous previous purchases.

Very fast delivery, in great condition. After a month, it unloads a little faster, but I'd still recommend it with my eyes closed!
