I'm going to tell my experience with the purchase of a refurbished iPhone 13 pro max from Back Market.I bought from this site because of references from colleagues and friends. -The shipping took a little over a day to arrive. The shipping took a little over a day to arrive, much less than the website indicated. -The condition I bought it in was Excellent. And excellent it arrived. The phone is apparently brand new. Impeccable. Impossible to find any signs/marks of use. -Battery health status 98%. Little more to say. Hoping it lasts a long time. Would definitely repeat again! Thanks to Back Market for offering the possibility to buy iPhones at reasonable prices.

Well packaged parcel, matches description. Excellent condition, no scratches, no dents and screen like new. Everything works normally. I was a bit apprehensive before ordering, first purchase and a refurbished product. So far I can say that I'm not disappointed with my iPhone. Back Market does a good job.

All good my first purchase in a reconditioned and I will do it again without a doubt. The only bad thing is that when I saw the mobile I bought in one of the cameras around it was not impeccable but nothing else to complain about.

probably the best online order I've made it arrived just 2 days after I ordered, bought the excellent condition at it came more than expected with 100%battery it's just like new. Had to wait some days before reviewing and the performance Is top notch BM will remain my first choice on refurbished items. one thing I wished they can add the apple box

I bought an iphone 12 pro max in perfect condition on 21 January and received it on 24 January. I realised that the phone's screen wasn't working everywhere, so I decided to send it back for repairs. It took a long time because after talking to someone on the phone (you have to insist a bit and ask for it in the message service, because 1 answer a day is fine but not enough when €550 is floating around), they told me that the reconditioner didn't answer calls. The person on the phone offered me a full refund, which I asked for and received after about 1 week. So that's it, the after-sales service works well, Back Market is fairly responsive but you also have to insist otherwise you get nothing. The downside is that Back Market don't give you an after-sales number so you can contact them directly, which slows things down considerably. By way of compensation, I got a 5% voucher to use on the site. I finally recommended a phone after much hesitation (as I had already ordered several times from Back Market and had no problems) and the one I received works very well.

First personal purchase on back market, very surprised I chose iPhone 12 Pro Max in excellent condition I received it almost new, 100% battery (without changing it), no scratches and everything works perfectly (screen, sound, microphone, camera, ...). Very fast delivery, I received it the day after validating the order and secure (I had live tracking of the stages of the shipment and the deliveryman called us to let us know it was arriving). So very happy with my purchase and good experience for a first refurbished (I think it is new and not refurbished).

I had already tried to order a phone in September but, due to a lack of stock, I never received it. I tried again and, due to a lack of stock, I didn't get the one I wanted, but I've finally received one. The battery doesn't last very long but the quality of this Samsung galaxy s22 ultra really amazes me when it comes to photos and videos. I'm happy to have a new phone and a reconditioned one at that.

I bought a 256GB iPhone 13 Pro Max in excellent condition and it looks as good as new. The maximum battery capacity is 96% when I received it, more than I expected. Overall very happy with the purchase.
