This is the first time I have bought a refurbished product and the experience has been very good. The product is perfect, both in terms of appearance, function and battery, and it came in the Apple refurbished box.

It arrived within 4 days. After disastrous experiences with Back Market I said I was not going to buy more from this app because in previous years I ordered two mobiles in excellent quality and the microphone and camera did not work..., and in the end I ended up returning them and buying that model in El Corte Inglés. About a month ago, I decided to give it a chance and I ordered the iPhone 14 excellent with new battery and when it arrived and I started to use it I saw that the volume was lowered and raised only when I was on calls or video calls and reached a percentage of 69% of battery the mobile restarted and when it came back on it showed 10%, I turned it off and turned it on again and it showed 69% again, but in about a minute it dropped to 63%. I returned it and got a refund. After this I decided to give this app one last chance and I ordered the same model again, but reconditioned by another company and so far I can say that there are no faults and that everything is working correctly, it is true that I have had it for 2 days, so I will report more later.

I am very happy with the purchase, I don't know if the iPad is refurbished or not but it honestly looks brand new. The shipping was faster than I thought it would be and the product was very well packaged. I never thought a first purchase experience could be satisfactory. Thank you very much.

Very satisfied with the purchase, this is the first refurbished product I have bought and it has been a very positive experience. All the finishes and the condition of the phone are as I selected them. I will repeat.

I hesitated for a long time before buying refurbished because friends had had bad experiences. I ended up buying an IPhone 12 in perfect condition with a new battery and so far it's been fine, I'm very happy with my purchase!

Item as described, a few micro-scratches on the shell but imperceptible, and 100% battery health as ordered. It arrived in less than a week (although it was an international delivery, from the Netherlands to Sweden!) and in good condition, with a charger and a little fiddling to open the SIM compartment, so great. My previous iPhone, which I'd also bought on backmarket (but from another refurbisher), wasn't waterproof like iPhones of this generation are supposed to be: refurbishers don't usually re-waterproof them after replacing the parts inside, so I didn't know that and that's how my previous phone died... So for this new phone I bought a waterproof case just in case, and I advise everyone to do the same.

Regarding the mobile phone I bought, it is fine, just as I chose it. Premium option. On the other hand, the refurbishment method is a scam. I requested an offer for an iPhone 11 where they offered me 63€ and, upon inspection, they made me a counteroffer of 1€; What? I have been upfront at all times because I reported that the phone was flawless and was working fine but the screen was bad because blue stripes were starting to show. In the report they have reflected other faults which, obviously, as they are not seen externally I cannot corroborate them but the mobile was perfect, without the faults they say. I feel bad because this is the third mobile I have bought from Back Market and, although the first one went wrong and I had to repair the screen twice, I trusted them again. It is clear that they will have good products, well reconditioned, but if they want to make a mess they always do it to you. I know that three people around me have had something similar happen to them. Sorry, never again.

Delivery in just 2 days, I'm very happy with my purchase! I was afraid to order online and fear for the condition and battery of the phone, I took a new battery and the phone is like new! The camera crashed once but didn't start again after restarting. Don't forget that it's a refurbished phone! I'm very satisfied and I'd highly recommend it!

Excellent I ordered an iPhone 13 Pro in perfect condition and I am not disappointed! Nickel screen and nickel back too, just the state of the battery and 87% I expected at least 90% but well we can not have everything its still refurbished
