I sent my computer back 2 times. 1st time, after 3 weeks of use, the screen wouldn't light up, I sent it back, they "repaired" it except that a new problem arose, some keys didn't work at times, I warned back market but continued to use it, I really needed it. But it was getting worse and worse, more and more keys were bellowing, so I had to send it back for a 2nd time. I received a message from BM saying that the seller had received the parcel, but later a message from BM saying that the parcel had been opened by a third party and the keyboard cover ripped off, a photo as proof: the keyboard cover ripped off, where you can clearly see that the computer is plugged in, bizarre, and no photo of the damaged parcel. And since when do we accept a parcel that's already been opened? In my opinion, the seller ripped off the tablecloth and doesn't want to pay for the repairs!
