Phone looks as new. Arrived on time. Bit of a shock that it was in French. HaHa! However that was easily sorted and I have not had to revise my A-level French. I like written instructions so it would have been good to get an instruction booklet but no doubt one can down load one and fortunately I had saved the booklet from my old Doro phone.

Too soon to say as got a couple of problems which may get resolved.

The box itself is in excellent condition and arrived well packaged. The controller was disappointing to be honest. I expected white as per the description, I was sent black and I'm afraid to say, it was a bit grubby, I had to use cotton buds and cleaner on the buttons and battery cage. The USB inlet port on the controller is distorted so I can't use the rechargeable battery charging unit. Cest la Vie!
