Package arrived before the Console with a few dents on the bottom that are hardly noticeable, bought in good condition, arrived in more than excellent condition, working controller with batteries already included, plus game as a gift.

The phone arrived very quickly in very good condition! My son is delighted with his new phone, which is more than up to the task of playing on it (battery, screen, brightness) I would recommend it with my eyes closed!

Console in very good condition as mentioned in the advert. However, the original connection cable was damaged and did not allow me to use the console. I had to buy another one but it was not too expensive and the console works.

I received the computer with the charger, a cover, a mouse and a mouse pad, which is great! I've bought phones from backmarket before and had no problems, but this is the first time I've bought a computer from their site. I wanted to test it out, so for now I've used it for a whole day and from what I can see it works really well. I'll have to see if I have any problems in the future, but I honestly don't think so.

The condition of the mobile is perfect. Better than I could have imagined in my head. I am really surprised by the price and the quality. It's just what I needed. And above all for the online shop you have, it's perfect. Thank you very much for your service.

The console does not conform to the photo, it's not the same version but still works very well, unfortunately there was no wii sports but super mario bros at the same time so it's a good exchange but it's more on the principle otherwise everything is nickel, received before the scheduled day.

I took a shot, my first refurbished laptop... what a bad purchase. Bad idea... The laptop is incredibly slow, doesn't work as I expected, unfortunately. Delivery was quick though, well packaged. First and last "refurbished" for me.
