The delivery was on time, the product in its original box on pallet. No worries on this side. Very happy with this product! The condition is very, very good. Really like new, perfect exterior, only a few scratches on the underside where the blades are, just normal. Batteries and charger, supplied with it, work very well. I've already used the mower 4 times in the last 10 days, on a 500 m2 lawn, and the traction set to 1/4. One charge does 500 m2 easily. It's a pleasure, not a chore, to mow now :) I see that BackMarket have raised the price from "fair condition" after my purchase..... But that said, still a good deal!

The tool works very well and the delivery went off without a hitch. However, it was impossible to pay with any of my credit cards, so I had to use PayPal (and my credit card, which supposedly wasn't working) and pay a fee. Customer service only told me to try again two days later, which didn't work, so I had to use PayPal.
