Shortly after purchase, network almost always in "H+". The operator and Backmarket passed the quid. I ended up changing operator, but the problem persisted. I had the phone diagnosed: the motherboard was dead. The warranty had expired, so no repairs would be covered. Backmarket sent automatic messages, but there was no follow-up. Disgraceful.
