    This was beautifully refurbished and far exceeds expectations with its performance. It arrived both safely and two days early. The team were kind enough to send out a 16gb version rather than the 8gb I ordered with a lovely hand written note letting me know this. Wonderfully fantastic team and brilliant work on the laptop.

    The condition was very good and everything works fine. The only issue with it was the version of Windows 11 was that it had “reached the end of service “ and wouldn’t auto update. I had to manually install two major updates before it would even consider auto updating. It took quite a long time.

    The device is in a pretty good condition. It’s runs smoothly and the battery seems to hold charge well. My only grip is that it didn’t come restored properly so I had to spend time full restoring it etc. otherwise happy with the device and would recommend the seller.

    Ordered on 9th December and after 8 days had heard nothing from the seller with item shown as preparing. Contacted BackMarket who chased the seller and after another 2 days order was cancelled for a refund. Not a good experience. I will not find a replacement with the spec I wanted in time for Christmas for my son now. Shame because I had several good purchases prior to this
