excellent customer service my laptop came in before the due date. all the specifications needed were all checked. Good condition indeed as said in the description. Not as great as with my MacBook Air! Condition is fabulous but the desktop was cluttered with unwanted non-windows software that looked as if nothing had been done. I then noticed quite a bit of browsing history left as a legacy. I decided to run a full Windows reset which has put it into approximately the condition I would have expected to receive it in. There are still a few presets left that I’m in the throws of removing before I can migrate my husbands stuff from his previous laptop…but it’s all taking a lot of time that I didn’t expect to have to do to prepare. It’s in excellent physical condition and therefore good value for money…but I wonder if your supplier is really doing a good job?

Arrived slightly quicker than expected, no real noticeable marks at all on the laptop, all working correctly, at the price paid i couldnt really ask for more. Very happy with my purchase.
