First experience with BACKMARKET and refurbished. I am very satisfied with the service. Delivery was quick. The watch is in perfect condition. Supplied with the box, bracelet and charger. I recommend it!

I ordered the phone in black and it was sent to me in blue. When I received it, I was slightly disappointed by the packaging, as I thought the phone was broken inside. It's just a little cardboard box that isn't reinforced either with insulation or with cling film (and when I shook it, I could feel the phone banging around inside). Otherwise it works fine. I chose the refurbished phone in perfect condition and it looks like this. Quite happy with my responsible purchase.

Both the order and the delivery were correct, punctually fulfilling everything that was promised. As for the product itself, it has the agreed aspect "Very Good", however I have to say that after starting the phone it does not connect to the WIFI, it does not even detect the available networks. My question is if in your reconditioning process you check these points as well and if you can confirm that in my phone in particular the WIFI connection was working or not before sending it to me. impeccable purchase of my huawei p40 by the seller "basic phone" in perfect condition, the phone arrived new, supplied with earphone, full charger and protective glass on the screen, the huawei p40 is a killer, more than satisfactory autonomy, unbeatable camera, and the rest at best, years ahead of other brands, only big problem blocked google services, which despite all the tips and tricks to be able to benefit more or less, remains incomplete and unstable.I had to return it with great regret.

Bought a Galaxy Tab A9+ tablet. Nothing to say, it arrived in very good condition and works very well, as it does every time I buy reconditioned equipment from Back Market.

Coming from a Redmi 8 lite (which is a mobile works quite well) the quality of this Xiaomi 12 is appreciated, although the model is already a few years old works very smoothly, both in daily use and Android Auto wireless, nfc chip, wireless charging ... everything you expect from a high-end mobile, The battery goes very well and I have not found physical signs of use or wear, so money well spent instead of investing triple in a new one that will serve me the same as this one.

I am still discovering what it can do for me. The idea is to gain insight into my sleep behaviour. That's not so far off yet. The watch informed me that first there must be recordings over a 7-day period, then I will get to see an overview. But, as mentioned, I am not that far yet.
