    The laptop seems to work well. The battery got quite hot on first usage and some of the covering on the laptop is peeling off but in general it is in very good working condition.

    NOT SURE WHY BACK MARKET HAS CHANGED MY RATING TO 2.4 - I GIVE IT 1 STAR. I ordered this laptop on 13th March. When it arrived, 4 of the number keys weren't working. I returned it, waiting for ages, only to eventually have it returned to me unopened, as the seller had an old address on file. Over 2 weeks later, I have just been given an updated address return label, so am still no closer to having a working laptop. I have requested a refund, and will buy a laptop from Gadget Centre UK, as they have excellent reviews.

    condition was worse than good yet listed excellent, it was also heavily used in the trackpad and space bar, laptop was not what i ordered and had the wrong CPU, packaging was poor yet took them 2 days to ship, wasted a week trying to work as i needed a laptop and i have no access to one due to this situation so i risk losing my job, never buy from this seller, i would recommend not buying from back market in general, the customer service is beyond horrific, they are active yet ignore you. the seller also refused the first return despite sending the wrong item, wasting postal services time so not just wasting my time, backmarket are so hard to get a response from, i will be getting my money back, i will make sure i do but it is seemingly hard. buy elsewhere.
