I think it is very good, saves a lot of money and performs perfectly. A few small scratches in the housing but of course that makes sense with a refurbished item. I do regret that it doesn't come with a real ps controller but this one does just as well so actually I don't have that much to complain about. Fast and smooth delivery so a top product!!! would definitely recommend it

I bought the Playstation 4 for my son for his birthday. He is super happy with it 😊👍🏻 The device is in perfect condition, a small scratch but hardly visible. I loved how well it was packaged. I will definitely order again 😁 And it arrived earlier than stated. Everything was great, thank you 👍🏻

My first experience of Back Market and I am very, very satisfied. My PS arrived damaged in transit and would not play DVDs. I called for assistance and everything was sorted out in less than 2 weeks (including the return journey to the reconditioner). The back market team kept me informed every day of the progress of my case. Personalised follow-up, replacement of the PS with a fully functional one. Received quickly 1 day before the announced date, very well packaged, received in a box, with bubble wrap, perfect condition, PlayStation works very well, I'll just watch the L2 button because it is not like the other buttons, very very soft to press so watch .. otherwise overall very very well pleased with my purchase is a gift offered to my son for his birthday I recommend sr seller!

my console arrived fast,i don t have any technical problem but in 30 minutes of playing my console is warm up so i decide to open it for a mentenance and then i see the problem! To much thermal paste! I clean it,i add new thermal paste(good quality)! Also on the motherboard i found few small spots of some yelow oil but was easy to clean! 8.5 of 10 i give for this product because of to much thermal paste! Really to much! So i am still happy for this item! If you know how to keep your console in good condition,i recomand this website!
