I am really satisfied, I wanted to offer my wife an iPad refurbished by Arisphone through the services of Back Market ... The tablet was delivered on time and the packaging was correct. On the first charge my wife realised that the charger was out of order. A simple message from me on the Back Market site was enough for my account to be credited with €15, apologising for the inconvenience... Well ... I'm a champion 👍 and I'll use Back Market again the next time I make a purchase.

I received the ipad very well packaged! no scratches on the glass. it really looks like a new one. i haven't tried it yet as it's a christmas present for my 14 year old granddaughter. I just hope it works properly. I've already bought a smartphone on this site for myself and I wasn't disappointed, so I recommend reconditioning for this type of device.

I am very happy with my refurbished samsung phone, everything is working fine and it is nice to know that I am making a small contribution to a circular society, BackMarket's service is excellent!

The iPad arrived quickly and it's brilliant! I used it to draw on Adobe Fresco and it's perfect! The only downside was that I had a scare because the iPad wouldn't charge. The charger that came with it didn't work. I tried lots of things but had to buy a new one. So +€17 not expected.

This was my first order via backmarket. The order went smoothly and the iPad I received looks absolutely as good as new and works perfectly. It won't be my last order!

Very happy with the condition of our IPads. It was advertised as a lower or average quality with some scratches. But when they showed up, they both had zero screen scratches and tiny scratches on the back, they looked like a few flakes of dust. Very impressed.
