I ordered from Back Market and the tracking shows my package as "delivered," but I never received it. I reached out expecting some support, but the issue was not resolved. It’s extremely frustrating to pay for something and not get the product. Very poor delivery handling and customer service.I can't even access the proof of delivery it's showing wrong postcode. Most frustrating thing is not getting a reply from the customer service.

Works perfectly and very quick delivery

it’s good but after being on the phone for about half an hour half the screen stops working for some reason and it gets really annoying so i have to turn it off thrn back on again all the time

Not the colour I thought but the functionality is good. No scratches or paint marks. Overall nice!!

Everything was ok apart from from the condition I paid for was wrong. Customer service was good though and I was able to receive a refunded for it
