After discussing and explaining the company's PC reconditioning process, we tried to find explanations and solutions for my problem. I would like to thank the company for its responsiveness and genuine interest in my problem. Now that a solution has been found and my PC is functional, I am satisfied with the product. Good value for money and great after-sales service that listens to the customer. Background: When I received my PC, I had serious doubts about the quality of the product's reconditioning due to a number of technical and IT factors that I had to deal with.

No problem with the article, but more with BackMarket: 1) the secure payment system refused my payment so stubbornly that I went through Paypal. With the same credit card, which was accepted without a problem... 2) haven't you considered providing invoices to buyers (online, not necessarily printed), rather than this system where you have to "ask for a receipt" after the fact? All professionals need invoices for accounting purposes, and quite a few private individuals too (for warranty purposes, for example). In short: it's all a bit unfinished...

The PC has a few light scratches on the outside of the casing from repeated rubbing when stored in the bag, once opened it is as good as new and works properly. Very happy with my purchase.

Perfect delivery. The Mac is in perfect condition as indicated by the site. The profile transfer from my unfortunately broken Mac to the us'was carried out without a hitch. After almost a week in use, everything is fully functional.

For the first time I am disappointed with Back market. The computer arrived quickly but with a very visible scratch on the top (even though it was in very good condition) and the battery never charged. I sent it back a week ago for a refund and no news...

Very satisfied with my purchase, very well packaged, delivery was delayed because of the snow but I finally received it only one day after the general deadline, so in normal conditions I would have received it very quickly. the computer holds the battery well. And the condition is indeed correct.

Product as described. No HDMI or VGA port as stated in the specs, you have to have a displayport cable with the conversion you need. For the rest, everything is fine. The computer runs very well and very smoothly. It comes with Windows 10 Pro in French
