I was very apprehensive and afraid when I ordered a refurbished product. It was a first for me! I can only recommend this retailer, they arrived promptly and very professionally. I took for my part an iPhone 14 pro max in "very good condition" and it arrived in mint condition! With a battery condition of 87% which is frankly very correct! I am completely satisfied with my purchase !

The mobile phone fully met my expectations. Aesthetically, it is very difficult to realise that it is a refurbished device and functionally, I did not encounter any particular problems. I come from a Pixel 4A and I was a little worried about the battery life which, in the case of the 4A, at one point started to run down very, very quickly, so much so that Google admitted there was a fault with that model (but also with others). In any case, for the moment, the battery seems to be holding up well until the end of the day and even beyond, and I hope this doesn't happen like with the 4A. The only slightly worrying thing I have experienced so far is some overheating when using the Google Maps function as a navigator. In one case even, while transferring Whatsapp data from the old phone to the new one, the phone turned itself off as a self-protection due to its high temperature. Otherwise everything is fine, I really like the compactness of this phone and in fact I didn't get a larger model precisely because I don't want a bigger phone than the Pixel 5.

it's beautiful a lot of people told me it would be bad and it's perfect without scratches or anything it arrived a day early it said it would arrive on the 23rd and we are at 22 in the morning and I'm delighted it's my first time with iPhone I have to learn how to use it hahaha
