Brand new product (no scratches or wear), packaged in the original box which is also brand new and blister-packed. Supplied with all the original accessories (stickers, instructions, etc.) except the charging cable, which does not fit. Very nice product, I highly recommend it. 👍🏼

The keyboard was not configured in French and was therefore blocked with incorrect passwords. This cost me €180 to unblock at Apple.

Very satisfied with the phone, perfect condition, it looks like new. I was familiar with this model as it replaces the same model which broke in a bad fall. Special mention +++ for backmarket's after-sales service - a 1st order had been delivered to someone else, the after-sales service was extremely reactive and refunded my order without batting an eyelid. Thank you for making this so easy!

The phone is amazing and in perfect condition, the only thing I have a problem with is that I thought the battery would last longer, but it's not bad either.
