Pristine condition, works great, well wrapped

Excellent - This is a real bargain. I bought this for my daughter having bought two Sufrace Pro's new for my business previously - couldn't tell that this was refurbished. Super piece of kit at a brilliant price and with a warranty for peace of mind. I will recommend you whenever I get the chance.

Quality of iPhone 6s is first class, with no obvious blemishes or scratches on the glass or casing. Have been very pleased with the purchase of the iPhone.

I’ve never bought a used phone before so had some minor doubts. I had a 6s previously but it had come to the end of its battery life so I was looking about for a replacement but of similar size. I took the view that I could get an identical used phone force£150 with a one year warranty or I could go for something more up to date for £450 but in three years time it would be out of date. Took the first option so if the used 6s lasts a year I’m happy. The phone arrived a day earlier than scheduled, was well packaged and came with a charger. I selected the “good” option for condition but when I opened the box I thought there had been a mistake. The phone was not in good condition, it was absolutely pristine! I am very happy with my purchase and am a genuine convert to the used market.

Product and packaging in mint condition as promised. Although I was told there was a delay in the UPS shipment, it turned up before I expected it. Fired up straight away. The unit came with an EU 2-pin plug - Back Market got in touch before dispatch to say I could wait for the UK mains lead or have £5 off. Very communicative and very fair. My first time using them but based on this experience I'm more than happy to use them again.

Great purchase. It arrived really fast and well packaged. There were a few scratches on one of the corners, but otherwise it was in prime condition. The battery life is good, just as the seller promised and all other functions are excellent. Would definitely buy from this seller again.

Arrived within 48 hours of order. I have no issues with the phone so far but I am still testing it. I have one reservation though. I ordered the product in mint condition but there are a few scratches on the back, on the apple logo and a one close to the bottom of the back which are visible from within 20 cm. I don't think it should be marketed as mint but the second category under mint. Apart from that I am so far satisfied with my purchase.

We paid more to choose 'mint' condition: looks great, i.e. new/unused. Delivery very fast, said 3 days (from Italy), took only 2. Accessories (it said "included, compatible"): though it included two chargers, the EU is 2 Amp, whilst unfortunately the UK charger is only 1 Amp. Thank you.

After ordering my phone arrived within 3 days. Very happy with the service & the phone. Especially after being badly let down by another company. Would recommend your company very highly & will definitely be using you again.
