Good evening, We are very disappointed with the battery's charge life. I chose this model of phone for my son because I've had one myself since July 2022 and autonomy was the most important criterion, along with the super-fast charging (120W). I therefore bought a second reconditioned one from backmarket with full knowledge of the facts, i.e. without a charger (which is still worth 50 euros) and with a battery capacity that should normally be at least 85% of the initial capacity. That's what I'm doubting (by comparing the operating time of our two XIAOMI 11T pro phones) and I'd like to be able to check it... How can I be sure of the quality of this battery, which obviously doesn't hold up compared to mine, which is already over 18 months old...? Best regards. BROUSSE Simon

The Xiaomi 11T Pro 256 Gb phone arrived the first of the expected days, the battery seems to be in excellent condition, considering that the phone is not new, externally there are no scratches or signs of wear, there are some micro scratches on the display but they are not noticeable, overall I am fully satisfied and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good second-hand phone, Maurizio

I have been delighted with the phone. It is the first time I have bought a refurbished one and I was afraid that the battery would not last long or that I would find a scratch. But on the contrary, the phone is as good as new and the battery lasts two days with a lot of use.

After more than 10 days of use, I can say that it's a very good investment to buy this refurbished phone. I was with a very old phone before this one so it's a big change but I recommend it if you're looking for a good value phone on Backmarket.

bought to replace my phone which was of the same model, in perfect condition the battery holds well, supplied with a cable which does not manage fast charging but that's a detail. the 120 watt charger recharges the battery completely in less than 20 minutes. In short, this phone is a safe bet for me. power, battery life and ultra-fast charging are its strong points.

I chose an old flagship at 75% off its value rather than a new mid-range model: the materials are of better quality, the camera is of better quality, the charging speed is much better, and there are lots of little details that mean that even 2 years after its release the Xiaomi 11T Pro is far from being outdated. The parcel arrived very quickly from the Baltic States, around 2-3 days max. As for the grade, I can't see any difference between "very good" and "average": there are no micro-scratches: it looks like the glass and screen are brand new. For future purchases I'll take the cheapest grade. In any case, the screen and back are protected and hidden by a shell, so it doesn't matter what the initial cosmetic state is.
