Brought this as a surprise present for our son who lives away from home. He loves it, connected easily, came with all the cables and a remote - he was also able to download a few free games who was great. Only gripe, wish there was an option to say it’s a gift as the receipt was in the box (luckily I managed to intercept it!)

The Xbox came with front and side panel not attached, controller also had a grip missing but works fine, delivery was swift but was a bit disappointed to see the condition of the console itself, I was able to fix it only as I’d stripped and old Xbox in the past.

I ordered excellent grade and received the worst condition item. Absolutely covered in scratches and dirt, dust and grime, damaged controller, the console rattles when I move it so it’s obviously damaged. It was sent in a flimsy cardboard box with no protection. Back Market needs to check up on their suppliers more often. RIP OFF!

Pretty disappoint with this order. The condition report said it was in good condition. The console looks pretty beat up from the exterior with what looks like paint spots or something similar and the ports are filthy! The console rattles and a small piece of plastic fell out of the fan when turning it around while inspecting it. The power unit is in a similar condition, the controller is in decent condition although the joysticks are a little grimy. On the upside the delivery was super quick. I have purchased before with better outcomes.

product is good. poorly cleaned came with dust still on the console. 2 stars as the company send threats on the invoice no thank you just threats. They even confess to breaking the law by violating gdpr. "using advanced systems to track your device usage" which is illegal without consent. Reported to trading standards

Got the cheapest one so I was expecting scratches. apart from the clear scratches the console works perfectly.
