Product as described. The reconditioned robot looked like new. Very careful packaging Fast dispatch. It would have been nice to receive the chip with the 200 basic TM5 recipes.

I confess that I made the purchase with some hesitation, unsure that I would actually need this Friend. I couldn't have been more wrong. It's even easier, quicker and more practical to cook with! The App has recipes that integrate the two appliances, but even without the App, it's very easy to use and a great help in preparing complete meals. I surrendered! Very, very satisfied

The package arrived on time, well packaged and complete with all the accessories. I was even gifted some accessories (flavouring vegetable basket, chopping blade with pivot and special lid) not included in the original Bimby TM6 package, if you buy new. New spatula, mug practically new, cleaned to perfection and without any signs of wear. Positive experience!

I was frankly surprised by the excellent condition of the TM6 I received. I haven't had time to test all the functions yet, but it seems to work perfectly. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

As far as shipping was concerned, the food processor was very well protected, which avoided the inconveniences that can sometimes occur. The food processor arrived in its original box, with all the accessories, and even the recipe book! Everything was clean and as good as new. Honestly, there's nothing to complain about, even after using it a few times. I don't regret my purchase at all :)

It's working properly at the moment. Difficulty switching on the 'varoma' function - A crack of about 3cm in the top left-hand shell near the lid closure. I didn't think this could be described as 'perfect condition'.

Flawless from order to package received. Clear and prompt messaging. Device itself works fine and frequent use. Pity the thermomix was not really clean and smelt a bit musty. So did it myself for a while, but would have been neater if the device had been clean.

Delivery from Spain went smoothly and on time. The device is in perfect condition and very clean, as we expected. Please note: As with the phones, the instruction manual is missing. I can understand that printing it out is complicated for you, but providing a link or a pdf is not very complicated... No ? Of course, we could do it ourselves... It's not easy, and we're not sure we've found the right one.

The robot works very well and is operational. Just a little problem with the screen fogging up the other day, but that's gone now. I've used the robot again since then and no problems. I'd already had a TM31, which made it easier to get to grips with. For the moment, I'm very happy to have chosen a reconditioned product.
