Product as described. The reconditioned robot looked like new. Very careful packaging Fast dispatch. It would have been nice to receive the chip with the 200 basic TM5 recipes.

Ordered and delivered without any problems, as expected. As far as the THERMOMIX ordered was concerned, all the accessories were in perfect condition and replaced with new ones. The only small problem was with the description of the condition of the item. Described as "in excellent condition", the cracks and burn marks on the front of the appliance were not mentioned. Admittedly, this is more aesthetic than functional, but it would have been useful. I'm delighted with my purchase.

The appliance was sold as good condition, but I find the condition really unique. The Thermomix has hardly any signs of use. I tested it yesterday and it works perfectly. The only thing that was bumpy was the delivery with UPS. But that's not the fault of Back Market or the company that sold the appliance. 😍 So I will be buying here again.

Well-packaged parcel, arrived on the advertised date. This is a birthday present for 31 December. We hope it works well but we did not try it before giving it. Our daughter knows it's reconditioned...

Works like new

I love it, it's like new. Delivery two days early. I'm delighted.

Very good condition as promised. Virtually no signs of use. Accessories probably even new. Only the blender jug had to be cleaned thoroughly by hand. Blades still seem sharp enough. The latest firmware is also installed.

I have received the thermomix. I bought it for my granddaughter's birthday, tried it once when she arrived and it works very well. It seems to be in very good condition. I'm waiting for her to use it regularly for a definitive opinion. The recipe history has not been erased, and they are in Spanish... how can I erase them to start again from scratch? After 5 days of use (when stirring dough), a wearing part (Thermomix blade) has peeled off its obviously old porous plastic on the drive mount! Unfortunately, 13 days after the dealer received this wear part, I still haven't received any news about the replacement! At the latest now I know that it was not a good idea of mine to buy a used appliance from "Back Market"!!! Unfortunately I missed the deadline after 30 days to send the whole device back! Shopping at Back Market "Never, never again"!!!!!!
