I was very happy with the Thermomix, only the colour was supposed to be white and was a beige, which doesn't fit into my white kitchen at all, what a shame! The idea of the Back Market is great and the order and dispatch were also great.

It looks fine at the moment. Just an old smell in it I have rewashed. I haven't used all the functions yet.

I don't know if this is normal? But when I use the turbo I get the impression that the turbo button isn't working properly. This is my personal opinion. When I press it and release it, it still works for about two or three seconds after I release it. Is that normal? I think not? No, apparently I'm very happy with my choice.

It works well, but the cup is difficult to fit. As I still have my old bimbi, I replaced the cup and now it works without any problems.

The package arrived very well and promptly. The product works well, although it is a bit difficult to stop it, because it restarts, until you get the hang of it.

It only works as a shredder. As soon as it arrived, the handle broke, which we replaced. It does not heat for cooking programmes. Unfortunately not satisfied. Excellent service but unsuitable product quality.

The empty Robot seemed to work perfectly, speed, temperature etc., but it was enough to try to grate small pieces of cheese grain that the knives no longer turn as the motor does not rotate them, it has no 'torque'! Therefore I ask for instructions to reject the Robot within 30 days of delivery with a refund of the amount paid € 277,00. Very sorry about this but the test was done wrong and only for nothing!
