    Even though listed as in 'good' condition it was nearly immaculate! After putting an Otterbox Defender case and screen protector on there's no way you'd know that this wasn't a brand new ipad pro! Arrived very quickly, only downside was the 3rd party 10W charger and cable that came with it instead of the 20W official Apple one, so it's very slow to charge. Would certainly come back in future to by a reconditioned piece of tech saving myself money instead of buying new!

    I was replacing an old iPad Air 2 that i had had from longer than i can remember. Having purchased refurbished phones from my children rom Backmarket, decided to give and iPad a go. Device was described as "very good" but honestly, I can't see a single mark on the device. The set up was very easy out of the box and a big saving vs buying new from Apple. All delivered in under 24hours from placing the order!

    Cannot believe how fantastic this second hand iPad is! I visited the Apple Store first to check out prices and try the iPads. Upon checking Back Market, I knew that the price of the refurbished Pro was worth it if it was as good as the blurb indicated. I was hoping and praying it would be in good condition and it absolutely was. It arrived quickly and securely and is brilliant. One absolutely teeny mark on the back that you wouldn’t notice without super close inspection - but the screen and functionality is perfect. So pleased. Thank you all 😊

    The Ipad itself is very good quality!! I’m pretty sure it came in an apple refurbished box fully sealed as I chose the pristine condition, After a couple of weeks using it it works amazingly and 100% would recommend buying second hand!! However I’ve also brought a newer Iphone recently as well as an ipad and the trade in process is extremely interesting to say the least, the tracking never updates and the offered amount is extortionately low for what it was worth? So definitely be weary when trading in…. But despite the trade in both my ipad and phone work better than expected!!

    This is the second purchase I bought from back market. And yet again I have been so impressed with the quality and standards of my purchases. I bought this refurbished iPad for my daughter for Christmas and it stated very good condition and to be honest i would class it as perfect condition. Not a single scratch or mark was visible and I think the battery has been replaced too as it shows 100%. It came with a new charger and cable too, not genuine but I am not bothered. If I was going to be really harsh on reviewing it, the only thing I found was that it didn't seem to have been reset, but for the sake of tapping the screen a few times and resetting it myself that is the only thing I could say. Yet again a really great item and so incredibly happy and satisfied with back market and the vendors they represent. I will definitely be back when my phone needs upgrading. Highly recommended website and confident in purchasing a quality item.

    1st time using back market to purchase a refurbished iPad for my sons 1st tablet. The site is well designed, easy to navigate and the gradings easy to understand. I found the pricing to be competitive and the delivery to be decent. The device itself was graded as “good” and on closer inspection it was in great condition, so pleased with that. A great positive 1st experience and will be using and recommending this service going forward.

    I was a bit hesitant at first about buying a reconditioned IPad but I only wanted it for upstairs to control heating and use the radio, and check emails now and again, so I didn’t want the expense of a new one. The IPad arrived promptly and was very well packaged. I charged it up and set it up. All my info and details was downloaded from the ICloud, no problem. It works like brand new and I am extremely pleased with it. There were some small scratches on the sides but hardly noticeable. I put the IPad is in a protective case anyway, so it doesn’t matter. A professional and quality company I would highly recommend.

    Bought an iPad mini 6 for my partner for his bday. He absolutely loves it. Looks brand new to me. Wasn't a single scratch or mark on it. Due to it being refurbished it also meant for the price I could get a significantly higher memory capacity than if I bought new so really happy. He loves it. I'll be buying my next phone from here. Good service, fast delivery, great product.

    Bought an excellent quality iPad from here for the Black Friday Sale. They sent a brand new iPad without the charger, paper around the iPad was still on. Works very well, no sign of use. Only downside is that it’s an American device, slightly more expensive to repair if broken but not at all an issue. Very happy with my purchase, saved myself £100 getting it refurbished. Thank you Black Market.

    The device is in excellent condition so can’t fault that which is the most important thing. The only feedback that was an area of improvement was that it would have been nice to have a reconditioned official iPad box. But really happy with the purchase and will definitely consider buying from back market again
