Product has a big scratch on the screen that doesn't fall within the fair condition parameters and now the unit does work. 2nd bad product in a row, both for large amounts of money. Very unhappy with back market right now.

Delivery was fast but i was sent the SQ1 instead of the SQ2 which is quite disappointing as the SQ2 was very much expensive then the SQ1

The problem was that no keyboard was included but that was rectified fast and professionally
