I bought a Sony Xperia 10 iii from BackMarket, refurbished in good condition, for a very good price! I was after a new phone (well, refurbished!) I spent days looking at all the Sony Xperia phone's available, until I decided on the Sony Xperia 10 iii. I was/am extremely happy with the phone I received! The condition was described as Good. But honestly, when I took it out of the very well packaged box, it looked Brand new!! I knew it only comes with a charging cable, so as soon as I bought my phone I bought an Official Sony wall Charging plug, just to make sure the phone is recieving the correct voltage when charging. I am very impressed with the phone! I have had a couple of old Sony Ericsson phones, years ago, and they were my favourite phones I've had. So glad I decided to go back to Sony, after having Samsung phones I didn't really like. The build quality is second to none. The phone looks incredible. The screen is slightly narrow with a 21:9 aspect ratio. Apparently a lot of people don't like it, but it is perfect for YouTube, or watching film's. I only have one little gripe with the phone! The volume isn't all that loud, through the phone itself or the use of headphones or ear...

I just want to say it my first experience buying used refurbished mobile. i have been buying brand new apple from more then 10 years and i'm the kind pf person who loves keeping the gadgets mobiles laptops in a flawless condition. i came across this site and accidently ordered a fare grade mobile which was very rough and according to the website description. After one of receiving the order I came to know the site has option to select grades so I immediately returned the device. Then I reordered the same phone from same seller in excellent grade and seriously I'm amazed with conditioned it really give you a brand new phone vibe. Cons: customer support not responds timely. no helpline no to call very canned responses. can improve packaging a bit battery health are okay first phone was 83 and the next one i reordered was 84 pros you can get a phone exactly according to your budeget 12 months warranty plus extended covers as well for 35£ very cheap recommendation. dont go for fair grade you wont like that but they have very clear details about each single grade so atleast go good grade or excellent. i got my excellent grad...

I ordered a refurbished iPhone 15 Pro on Saturday and it arrived promptly on Tuesday. Excellent condition really means excellent condition: perfect body and screen and the battery health was 100%, which I was thrilled about. I’m thrilled with my new phone, a much needed upgrade after five years, and even happier to have chosen a sustainable (and cheaper!) option. Thanks BackMarket!

I bought an iPhone 13 pro with a new battery. The body is fairly good - just a scratch or a blemish on the edge of the body. Nothing noticeable. And the phone works really well! Would recommend buying a refurbished one here - environmentally good, works the same and saves you money!

I was quite iffy about purchasing a refurbished phone but I took the risk and purchased the “fair” iPhone 13 and I’m not disappointed I’m very happy with the phone there is no chips on the side no scratches practically came brand new! The percentage is 88 which I think is amazing and I will definitely be recommending back market to anyone who is in need of a phone thank you so much

I ordered the iPhone 13 in the "fair" rating and its fantastic! I've bought refurbished iPhones from other places in the past and what really impressed me was the fact the battery health is much higher than I was expecting. No damage to the screen and just a few scrapes on the sides, and it came within 48 hours of ordering.

Ordered my refurbished iPhone 12 and it was delivered as promised the following day. The condition of the phone was as expected. I recommend Back Market should anyone be considering purchasing a refurbished phone.

I bought a refurbished iPhone 13 Pro 256GB few months ago and very happy with my purchase so far. The phone arrived quickly and looked almost brand new, with only minor marks that are hardly noticeable. It performs flawlessly and has great battery life, camera, and I appreciate the significant savings compared to a new device. And also, surprised my with a brand new charger in the box.

Paid the extra for an excellent condition iPhone 12 Pro Max … I’m a little disappointed that there is dirt present around the camera lenses and the earpiece. The cable they sent me is a lightning type c connection not a usb connection. Minor things really, but attention to detail could be better by the refurbishing company. All in all the handset is in very good condition with no visible marks on casing or screen. Will get it into an authorised iPhone repair shop to have the battery changed as it is only at 87% health, and will get them to clean it up thoroughly.
