3.3/5Phone condition was as described, however it was listed as being unlocked but it arrived locked to a network needing code. Just go round in circles and can't speak to anyone to resolve with Back market. So frustrating! Ended up paying £38 to another website getting it unlocked as it was a present for my son. Which nearly doubled the cost of the phone. Very disappointed and would put me off buying from them again.
