Customer reviews for Refurbished Sony PSP

Psp arrived in a filthy state with remnants of sebum that surely date from the 2000s!!! I doubt very much that this product has been checked according to the rules!!! This is not a reconditioned product!!!! I don't think you expect that from your retailers! At least I don't and I didn't pay to have a product in this condition (I'm not talking about the scratches and wear that correspond to the correct condition)! To top it all off, no charger and .... Obviously no battery!!!! So it's impossible to check if it's working properly! There was a note in the parcel "explaining the problem with the charger", so I could have been warned before it was dispatched! Now I find myself without a gift for the person concerned by my purchase when I trusted you!

The charger was so dirty that I had to use 3 wipes to clean it. What's more, the console isn't up to date. So I can't connect it to the internet. Except that to update the device you need an internet connection... (I don't have a computer so I can't do it via memory stick). The console itself is clean, but there are big details to be reviewed for the rest.

I was a little disappointed when I saw the state of the screen and the joystick, but otherwise everything works (the charger is in good condition). Thanks a lot!

I don't have internet access and I also can't play without having to load the psp. I'm very disappointed.
