I was pleased with how quickly my item was delivered, what I was not pleased about was the fact that it was missing parts, mainly the charger. So my hoover is essentially an expensive ornament currently. I was also displeased with the lack of urgency and after waiting almost two weeks I am still missing a charger and after being told it was being shipped out I have now been given a £10.00 refund and told this is for me to purchase the item myself. I urge others to not buy items and instead purchase them from a reputable retailer.

The order was straightforward and the dispatch was very quick. The product in the case of the px200eut wet vacuum cleaner does its job, even if it is very sweaty. The vacuum cleaner comes with liquid which can be purchased afterwards for 20-30 euros depending on the retailer. Enough for a large couch. Therefore very expensive in the long term. I have not yet found a cheaper replacement product, which I think is a shame.

A great hoover. It's very efficient and I really like the fact that I don't have to hold the trigger down for it to work. The accessories are perfect. The base that automatically empties the hoover is very practical. And the lights that light up the floor and the sensors that decide how much power to use, depending on the dirt, are really great. The only drawbacks I've found are that the accessory holders take up a lot of floor space and the automatic emptying only works with the long handle. I was delighted with my purchase from backmarket. The product was clean, well packaged and delivered with instructions. It was in very good condition, just two scratches on the handle and a small broken thing on the base.

The hoover arrived in great condition. Everything works perfectly. Unfortunately, a nozzle was missing, but this was delivered straight away. Customer service is incredibly friendly and my enquiry was dealt with immediately.
