Laptop came in very fast and is fantastic quality. The only minor downside is it doesn't come with an s-pen included but that doesn't take much away from the performance and quality received at the great price

Had the laptop for a few weeks now and the Performance is great. The condition of the laptop was perfect and even though it didn't come in the original box I am happy with the price I paid

Unfortunately, the laptop arrived with damage on the surface. I don't know if that was the reason for the black glitches going on the screen, but it doesn't matter. I have already sent the product back to the seller and am waiting for a refund.

Es la primera vez que compro un reacondicionado y la experiencia ha sido muy positiva. La entre realmente rápida. En dos tres días la tenia en casa. El producto, siendo de la categoría EXCELENTE, esta realmente cuidado. Lo único que he podido notar es un pequeñísimo rasguño pero sin importancia (soy bastante maniático con estas cosas). Es una pena que solo tenga 4gb-ram porque si que es verdad que enseguida alcanza los 90% de uso y he tenido que realizar unos cuantos ajustes para mejorar el rendimiento y que no se cargue tanto la memoria, pero bueno. Para ofimática rinde bastante bien (lo utilizo para la universidad).

L'ordinateur en lui-même est très bien et en bon état, mais l'annonce est fausse et trompeuse !! Les photos montrent un modèle 360, alors que ce n'est pas le cas, et le descriptif le dit avec écran tactile, alors que là non plus, ce n'est pas le cas ! Décevant ! Sinon, l'achat et la livraison se sont bien déroulés.

Gran compra! Estoy súper satisfecha. Era mi primera compra en esta web y realmente quedé fascinada, han ganado una clienta. El portátil súper bien de precio, y en serio, está nuevo. No tiene ni una rayada, va genial. Vino envuelto de manera que parecía nuevo...los cables nuevos...ahora voy a probar con un móvil y mi pareja otro portátil. Ah! Y llegó súper rápido.

Premier achat sur Back Market et très agréablement surpris. Produit en excellent état (voire neuf), livraison rapide et très bien conditionné. Si je devais acheter un ordinateur tous les mois, ce serait surement sur Back Market :-)

Le clavier est en allemand j'ai net pas fait attention lors de l'achat et je trouve que lotonomie de la batterie est très faible , mais mise a par ses soucis ils est nickel .
