Great service - arrived on time and as described. This is the third time we have bought through Back Market and would recommend them.

Phone in excellent working order, better exterior condition than I expected and very fast delivery. Not the colour that I ordered (got a grey phone instead of black) and came with the wrong charging cable, but I guess when you need a phone quick those are minor issues.

Really good phone in great condition... very happy and very happy to not be contributing to more phones being made...

I bought a cheap phone as I don't use it for much other than making calls, checking email etc. The phone does not always make calls and I have changed sim cards ruling this out as a cause. I find BackMarket awful to deal with due to not finding a way to speak to someone. I am not tech savvy and need personal support. I will never buy with them again as it is impossible for me to to talk to a person to support me through how to fix my issue.

Wrong tracking information was sent leading to uncertainty and stress when I saw it was delivered somewhere else. Right tracking sent and it arrived the next day. Wrong item was send (A6 not J6) which I will keep as I want to give it to my daughter tomorrow but it isn't what I expected or paid for. Disappointed with this experience of back market as have only had good experiences before.
