Phone in excellent working order, better exterior condition than I expected and very fast delivery. Not the colour that I ordered (got a grey phone instead of black) and came with the wrong charging cable, but I guess when you need a phone quick those are minor issues.

I bought a cheap phone as I don't use it for much other than making calls, checking email etc. The phone does not always make calls and I have changed sim cards ruling this out as a cause. I find BackMarket awful to deal with due to not finding a way to speak to someone. I am not tech savvy and need personal support. I will never buy with them again as it is impossible for me to to talk to a person to support me through how to fix my issue.

Excellent état de cet appareil, batterie très grande forme. Bravo aux techniciens pour le reconditionnement. A voir bien entendu dans le temps et à l'usage.

Téléphone impeccable. Par contre, je n’ai pas reçu le bon chargeur… Heureusement j’en avais un qui correspond.

Parfait état respecté les délais de livraison aussi. Facile à programmer. Ma mère en est très contente. Elle l'a depuis 3 ans.

Direi tutto bene, telefono arrivato come previsto, funziona.

J'ai acheté ce telephone mais je suis tres mecontent de mon achat car celui ci fonctionne très mal Je n'entends à peine mes interlocuteurs lors de mes appels
