Great service - arrived on time and as described. This is the third time we have bought through Back Market and would recommend them.

Phone in excellent working order, better exterior condition than I expected and very fast delivery. Not the colour that I ordered (got a grey phone instead of black) and came with the wrong charging cable, but I guess when you need a phone quick those are minor issues.

Really good phone in great condition... very happy and very happy to not be contributing to more phones being made...

I am more than happy with my purchase. I'm not one for needing to keep bang up to date with the latest technology so this phone suits me fine. It is in good condition, does what I need it to do and was delivered promptly. No complaints here.

I bought a cheap phone as I don't use it for much other than making calls, checking email etc. The phone does not always make calls and I have changed sim cards ruling this out as a cause. I find BackMarket awful to deal with due to not finding a way to speak to someone. I am not tech savvy and need personal support. I will never buy with them again as it is impossible for me to to talk to a person to support me through how to fix my issue.

Ordered my Galaxy J6 two days later came to my door couldnt believe what excellent condition the phone was in practically brand new excellent service from the team couldnt be happier will definitely be using them again

Wrong tracking information was sent leading to uncertainty and stress when I saw it was delivered somewhere else. Right tracking sent and it arrived the next day. Wrong item was send (A6 not J6) which I will keep as I want to give it to my daughter tomorrow but it isn't what I expected or paid for. Disappointed with this experience of back market as have only had good experiences before.

The phone is good but the charger (bit that goes into the phone) broke after a week or so.
