I am very satisfied with my 1st order on backmarket! Very fast delivery, 2 days before the announced date... And big surprise: the phone (REALME 9 5G), although ordered in "very good condition" is in like new condition! No scratches or marks visible from any angle, it's just perfect! Otherwise it works perfectly and the battery holds a charge very well.

I am happy with the condition of the phone. I doubt the battery is at 90%-100% of the capacity of a brand new one, as was advertised, but I'll still keep using it. I was not very pleased with the fact that there was no information on where the phone was going to be shipped from. If I had known it was coming from France (I live in Finland), I may not have ordered this specific phone. I could have found a similar one closer to home and reduced on transport costs and CO2 emissions. Now it even felt a bit pointless buying a second-hand phone since it came from relatively far away. There was a mention of shipping costs when buying the phone and I thought they were pretty big, but didn't think that much of it. I was unpleasantly surprised when I realised the phone would come all the way from France. The phone itself is as advertised, the condition is good, not excellent, just good, which is exactly what I paid for. I feel like the price is a bit steep for a used phone from 1.5 years ago, especially since I could have gotten a similar brand-new phone for almost exactly the same price, with perhaps a little less functionality, but at least I would have had a guarantee that the battery re...

Phone in very good condition. Just a very fine scratch on one of the lens protectors, fortunately without any untoward consequences on the photographs. Satisfied despite this small problem. :)

Very satisfied with the phone, perfect condition, it looks like new. I was familiar with this model as it replaces the same model which broke in a bad fall. Special mention +++ for backmarket's after-sales service - a 1st order had been delivered to someone else, the after-sales service was extremely reactive and refunded my order without batting an eyelid. Thank you for making this so easy!

So far it's going great, when playing a movie it jumps from time to time but we understand that it's a mobile and not a TV, otherwise I'm quite happy with the purchase.
