Good morning, I will explain a little of the good and bad things I have found with the product... I was pleasantly surprised by the delivery, I did not expect so much speed. But the product arrived without the 65W supervooc plug required by this oppo smartphone (I only got the cable) and my order stated that it came with a charger, so I had to spend more money on a charger suitable for the terminal. On the other hand I received it in salmon colour and not in the beautiful orange that appears in the photos, I was disappointed. The battery was probably not checked properly as it discharges quite quickly for a top of the range smartphone and in "EXCELLENT" quality as I requested. For the rest and for now, this oppo find X2 pro is not giving me any more problems. Honestly, I have not been entirely happy with this purchase, I like that what I choose to buy meets all the features specified in the sale of the product, and this has not been the case.

Good quality, I like it very much is fine, elegant and makes great photos the only thing that does not convince me is the port for headphones that there is only one and is the same as the charger and if they are not oppo headphones are not worth a conventional ones. For the rest everything perfect

Alors petit retour du tel reçu ce jour. D'abord livraison rapide et service client OK. Le tel en lui même par contre.. Il est OK mais.. Il y a heureusement un film sur l'écran, je dis heureusement car vu le nombre de rayures sur le film j'imaginais pas sans... Je précise que c'est la version "parfait état" que j'ai pris. Il est arrivé emballer dans un simple papier bulle (dans un petit carton tout de même..) avec le chargeur rapide officiel Oppo. Donc pour mon cas et par rapport aux autres commentaires : enveloppé dans du papier bulles et non pas dans la boite d'origine, chargeur rapide officiel, pas d'écouteurs, pas de coque. Pas de bol pour moi, ca devait être un retour client sans rien...Je suis plutôt satisfait du tel pas de souci, par contre c'est la loterie du type de reconditionné qu'ils envoient. Ca ne m'empêchera pas de reprendre du reconditionner. Merci encore GreenB pour la qualité du tel. Edit du 05.11 : petit souci technique sur le bouton volume haut, rester bloquer enfoncer. Le SAV de GreenB est tout simplement au top et beaucoup de SAV devraient prendre exemple. Retour du tel en port payé, le 26.10, reçu le 29.10 par GreenB, message le 02.11 (normal week-end de 3 jours.. 😏) SAV fait, envoi d'un nouveau téléphone ! Et là je suis joie à la livraison du colis le 04.11, absolument tout neuf dans sa boite d'origine avec tout les accessoires, écouteurs, chargeur, étui. L'impression de sortir du magasin de téléphonie avec un produit neuf. Je suis bluffé, même le film on a l'impression qu'il vient juste d'être posé ! Alors oui je m'emballe peut-être mais versus le premier reçu c'est le jour et la nuit ! Mention spécial pour Nawal très à l'écoute, accueillante et sympathique, une vrai perle ! :)

Good day I was not very satisfied at least they had sent the original 65w charger this is fast charging and I will not take advantage of this I have already bought from other companies and it came with original box and accessories, I will not buy again nor will I advise.

Commander « en très bon état », L’aspect extérieur du téléphone nickel, aucune rayure, par contre l’écran allumé présentait des taches jaunes. Du coup je l’ai renvoyé, SAV très rapide. Livraison rapide, en 48h après la confirmation de commande. Vraiment dommage que ce petit défaut vienne gâché ça. Sinon rien a redire.
