My only gripe is that the price of these phones increased in price of £50 quid after the first two I purchased one for me and one for the wife . We also bought two more for our daughter and son inlaw which is when the cost went up significantly for the other two phones which were early Xmas prezzies . WASnot happy at all . The phones themselfs are very Good in All aspects that's why we ordered two more but cost became a joke.

very happy with the phones got one for me and the wife my only gripe is i wanted to purchase another phone and the price increased nearly £50 quid for exactly the same phone and condition so not happy, coz i wanted to get at least another two for birthday presents , so please do not increase price once they start selling on your site ,. I started to recommended back market to a lot of people not quite sure now i made the right decision due to the very quick price increase, in which the price was the same for months when i kept looking at the phone.

The battery life was around 40% of what it should be (I felt it was super low and a battery app confirmed it), and I purchased it with the Good condition, not Fair. I am now being told that even though I have a year's warranty, they can't help with my battery issue, even though this is so ridiculously low. Logging into my account has caused delays and problems as I've got errors. If I don't get a fixed replacement or refund, I won't feel comfortable ever purchasing from here again and will tell others not to due to the risk, hassle and unprofessionalism.
