Very impressive.

First class communication...great product. Will never buy brand new

better conditiuon than expected and it works as it should.

Device works great, very little scratching on the screen and good performance. Had a problem with the charging port but they fixed it right away.

The battery was in terrible shape, it wouldn't hold a charge for even two hours and crashed apps when I opened it, I had to replace it and it was still the original. I expected it to at least have been replaced. Also, the keyboard is not responsive, there must be some problem with the touch because while typing it switches to special characters by itself. I had this same phone until I got another one from back market because mine had a broken screen, and there is a huge difference. Aesthetically it is in very good condition, better than my old oneplus5 but the rest leaves something to be desired. A refurbished phone should be functional anyway, at least I expect the battery to be replaced. I will not buy from back market, next time I will take mine to be reconditioned by someone experienced.

The back market service works very well. However, the retailer you trust doesn't always check the condition of their batteries properly, and apparently can't change them.

Je trouve la batterie légèrement moins performante que le même modèle acheté également reconditionné en "État correct" sur Back Market 3 ans auparavant mais elle est tout de même largement plus que satisfaisante. Livraison rapide. Très bon investissement. Achetez reconditionné !

Phone works fine on the whole. The fingerprint reader doesn't work and the screen is really scratched.
