    Very pleased with the Lenovo Thinkpad I thought it would be refurbished but it looked brand new. Company easy to deal with communication was brilliant. Came very quickly . Would definitely buy from them again.

    I am so impressed with everything. The laptop arrived the very next day (to my surprise) and was partly charged and ready to register Windows. It's amazing to get such a quality product so cheap and help reduce environmental impact. I was a bit worried about buying a refurbished product but would definitely do so again!

    I'm very pleased with my refurb Lenovo. Clean and good looking. I used to buy HP Notebooks but when my last one started playing up my spare HP didn't help much, maybe because I'd not switched it on for months, and it was my old Lenovo got me back on-line. So I decided to stay with Lenovo. I'm glad I did.

    The Laptop itself is excellent fires up. But the WiFi on this model of laptop is awful. It drops out a lot. And I remembered that my wife was issued with one of these for work and the WiFi on that one was just as bad. I have since been reading through the releases for the drivers and it looks as though even Lenovo themselves have had several attempts at trying to fix it and failed. I had an old Lenovo usb dongle in my drawer and I plugged that in and no more WiFi struggles. I am a systems engineer and I wanted this laptop to use as a lab environment so it suits me. Just the WiFi has annoyed be a bit.

    I paid £140 for this and the condition was described as fair. Really good value for money and a good product. It is a little rough around the edges with some keys worn but for the price I paid it was fantastic value. Works well arrived quickly.

    Fair was an understatement, the laptop's like-new! Fantastic price for the product, works great, will do me fantastically for programming at my university. Lovely service, will use this site again, no question. The only issue I can find is that the laptop doesn't initiate sleep mode when the lid is closed, but easily solved by pressing the power button once when needed, nothing to worry about.

    Use a ThinkPad at work which I quite like so thought I would get my own one. Although this one is much older It does just what I want it even came with windows installed which I did not expect and then as A bonus I found it was touchscreen and apart from a deep scratch on the mouse pad it was pristine. A happy customer.

    The order process was simple and good value for money. Generally, very happy! The order arrived quickly and the laptop was easy to set up. Although the condition was classified as "fair", the only visible small scuff was on the lid and some of the matt finish on the space bar and track pad had been worn slightly smooth - othwise very good. Had to update the bios to resolve a minor issue with the PC not recognising the battery - an easy "fix."

    Great but if kit to be fair. Like brand new. I wanted a lap top for my son to do his school work on. This is more than he needs & up to date with everything he needs. I’m going backk in to get myself Ltd an iPad very soon.

    Was worried but it turned up great condition, fully working. Quick delivery. Will use again very happy all is OK so far daughter is chuffed to be playing sims finally thanks to supplier and back market
