The lid has a few scratches but this is not at all noticeable and I personally don't mind. It doesn't change the function of the device

The product arrived with a slight delay, but nothing to worry about. It works, but has one very annoying detail. Basically there was a small piece of plastic in the stylus compartment and trying to insert the stylus pen, it didn't fit. Everything else is OK.

The console was in perfect condition as described with no nasty surprises and delivery went smoothly with no problems.

Very satisfied as usual, I didn't find any problems with the console, it's as good as indicated, except for the colour, which is much duller than on the photo, but that's not a problem.

The item arrived as described and is functional. However, no stylus was supplied for the console's touchscreen and some of the previous owner's data was found, including photos, videos and voice recordings on the SD card supplied with the console. This shows a certain lack of professionalism on the part of the refurbisher when it comes to the confidentiality and deletion of data on devices entrusted to them and then resold.
