For an economical refurbished 'good' condition item, it surpassed my expectations as it looked like new. The phone works perfectly, the battery holds its charge well and the included charger cable does a good job at rapid charging. Would definitely recommend the product and the service!

Arrived really quickly. I purchased a fair condition of the phone but it was in excellent condition. I feel I got an absolute bargain. Battery works perfectly fine and had no issues setting it up. When my partners phone dies we will definitely be back to buy another phone from backmarket instead of buying brand new phones in the future.

Very pleased with my "new" Moto G50. Since buying an iPhone 11 for my son and a Chromebook for my wife off Back Market I can't see me going anywhere else for my electronic devices. The Moto G50 is in excellent condition as per the 'excellent' description and works perfectly. I highly recommend Back Market and will be using them again without hesitation. Many thanks!!

For a refurb Motorola I must admit my expectations weren't high but this unit looks almost unused. Very happy. Excellent customer service, not had any problems. Website was easy to navigate with no frustrating bits to click, cross or agree to. And a great idea for recycling. Good work ladies and gents.

The phone is lagging pretty badly . Not that happy with what is supposed to be a refurbished phone
