Received a boxed device. It looked new, no UK charger (not an issue) and was around half the retail price. So far I'm really enjoying the experience.

Like a new! Really good urchase

The Motorola Edge 30 Neo is a good phone. Its best quality is its ergonomics and lightness. That is why I love it. It also has good software. The experience with Back Market is also very positive.

I bought a Motorola Edge 30 Neo through backmarket it had to come to the Netherlands from Estonia. That went quite fast within 3 days I had my phone at home. The Motorola looks good as promised in the ad and works perfectly battery also fine. I am very happy with my purchase!

In the end everything went well, so far the phone I have received has had no problems is in perfect condition, just missing the original charger but otherwise perfect. The shipment took 3 days and very attentive, they answered my questions. The customer service was also good. I was afraid that I would not get the quality of the device because of some negative comments I saw on trustpilot but actually everything went well, I would buy here again, and maybe in the future I will.

no worries. I recommend this product, the only problem for me is that I need to buy new headphones or an adapter for my old headphones because the input is flat and not round like on my old Motorola.

Needed a bit of time to get used to it, but transferring from my old tel to my new one was easier than expected: TB! Works well, bright colours, nice to handle. Battery lasts well. OK for now!
