Received my Apple MacBook Air today (M1, 16GB Ram, 512GB SSD) and am absolutely delighted with my purchase. I required a laptop or system to setup a home music studio (I'm a songwriter) and researched this for some time. I also researched outlets to purchase refurbished units and backmarket seemed to be the place to deal with. The price was great, the item is in such good condition you couldn't distinguish it from new, and it runs great. I'm just having to wait to setup my apple ID as I spoke to apple and they have some issues right now. But other than that, so happy with this thing I can't put it down and within the next 2 months or so I will have purchased all of the required items on a rather large list. Any time I require a similar item, I will be using backmarket and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or colleagues. Superb products, superb service and the way they deal with customers makes you feel valued and rather like your part of some elite club lol. I recently purchased a MacBook Air M2 from Back Market, and I have no words to express how amazing it is! This is my first time buying a refurbished product, and honestly, I was a bit scared about its condition. But when it arrived and I checked it, it looked brand new! The battery health is 100%, and the charging cycle was only three times, which is incredible. There’s not a single scratch, not even on the screen or keyboard. If Back Market had shipped it in the original MacBook box, no one would believe it’s refurbished! I’m really happy and satisfied with my purchase. Instead of spending a lot of money on a brand-new MacBook, buying refurbished is a much better option. I truly appreciate the quality and service. Highly recommended!

I’m so pleased with my MacBook it’s absolutely perfect for me as I’m starting out writing a book about a very personal journey I’ve been on all my life. I have a Mac at home but needed the flexibility and freedom of going anywhere (normally my favourite coffee shops) to write. I’m super pleased with my MacBook it’s in perfect condition and other than a little mark on the cover it looks brand new. It worked right from the go and once I’d sorted out my AppleID it was like I’d never been away. I guess my only concern was how good the battery would be but it’s absolutely fine I’ve used it out and about and the battery has kept me going for a couple of hours (there’s only so much coffe a girl can drink😂) with plenty left in the tank. It’s awesome. I’ve been so impressed with Back Market, the service and speed of delivery were amazing Thank You Stephanie.

Fab condition. Couple of marks on it but as described and expected. Very fast machine. Got it to help me build a website for my small business and it works exactly as I needed! Only thing I have noticed is I cannot use Touch ID when the Mac is charging / plugged in. Not sure if that is normal for them as I’ve not had a MacBook before. Thankyou!

As with all items I've had from BackMarket the Mac book arrived in excellent packaging and in good time. The condition is described as "good" but it looks as good as new to me. I can't fault either Backmarket or the supplier of the MacBook and would thoroughly recommend them both to any prospective buyer.

The device arrived promptly and was in better condition than fair, which is the condition I purchased. There were a few small scratches on the bottom on the laptop but this is insignificant as I never see them. The laptop works exactly as I would expect. I am so pleased!

Came 2 days early, I chose the fair condition but it was essentially immaculate other than a single scratch on the lid and work keys, but that is to be expected with Macs. Battery health is great screen is scratch free and runs amazing. Very pleased, surpassed my expectations

This is my third time buy on back market, I first saw the advert on TikTok and said let me give it a try since this year begun I have but two smartphones and 1 MacBook and all are doing perfectly well as if it’s a brand new device it arrived at my doorstep the following day!!! When I ordered it around 12:00pm I really enjoy the app and there products and in no distance time I will come to buy another phone again I love back Mackey sooo much it’s a game changer in the tech industry. Super easy to look at all the different deals and as someone who’s not the most tech savvy it was so easy to figure out what model I wanted. It came really quick and was packaged so safely, overall I’m really impressed with everything
