first couple of days there was a mouse glitch that i didn't understand (couldnt click on lists/drop down menus; had to use tab key and enter) but that's gone away now thankfully. otherwise great product, looks new and good battery life

The ordering process was easy, I like the option of paying via KLARNA, the goods were delivered quickly - I received information about the intermediate stops so that I could track the delivery status - and the Lenovo ThinkPad is great! Thank you very much!

The notebook is in good condition and largely corresponds to the specified "very good" condition , technically everything is flawless, the latest Windows 11 operating system is installed, I would buy it again at any time, it was just as good a decision as the Iphone before! Everything is great!

Extremely fast service and shipping of the order! My first experience with refusrbished! On the plus side, the laptop came out of the box with Windows 11 (which I didn't expect because it wasn't mentioned anywhere). Plus it is extremely responsive to everyday needs (Browsing, Youtube, light CAD, programming, multitasking, etc). Its screen is small, but quite attractive to the eye. The battery is very good in general. Awesome build quality. Overall a great tool even for today (2024). The only negative, on the laptop were noticed a little more pronounced scratches than I expected (Condition: Pretty good), but fortunately only on the back of the screen under the Thinkpad logo. Of course, the functionality of the laptop is not affected in any way, only the aesthetics of the laptop. For a first experience with refurbished I am very much satisfied and would try again to buy other refurbished electronic devices.

I am very satisfied with my Thinkpad X390. The condition was as described and the price was very good. Unfortunately, the retailer first sent me the wrong device, but this was easily resolved with backmarket support and the retailer, and it was eventually exchanged for the correct one. I give the small point deduction for the waiting time and a somewhat bumpy delivery by DPD.
