My son is absolutely thrilled with his purchase with some Christmas and Birthday money he received. He wanted a laptop that he could compose music on and programme on Scratch with like he does at school and this is ideal. I think his laptop is better than ours!

This was purchased as a gift for my partners daughter. The laptop performs as needed and allows the tasks to be carried out in a timely fashion. The laptop had no esthetic issues, and looks great. The delivery was as expected and again in a timely fashion. Thank you to concerned in providing a great experience.

The laptop works but the batteries were running out very quickly given that it has 2 batteries. Turns out there was a codec issue which was easily resolved from a few online downloads, still dissapointing that I had to do this for myself, a less experienced tech user may not have had the ability to do this. secondly, I chose the excellent condition option, and this was a poor choice. The markings on the keus have all smudged within a year of owning it. The paint pretty much starts to melt from the bodytemp of your fingers. Also see the poor refubishment quality when you turn on the back light keyboard in a dark room. The laptop itself is sturdy, but i'm dissapointed in the quality of the refurbishement. Things were basically plastered on rather than being created for long lasting. This is an awesome website, I will continue to purchase from here, but will pay closer attention to the quality of the goods during the warranty period.
