🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5 Stars – Outstanding Experience! This is my second purchase from Back Market, but my first-ever review—and it’s well deserved! Back Market and this particular trader were absolutely amazing. I ordered a laptop with 8 GB RAM, and to my surprise, it was upgraded to 16 GB at no extra cost! That completely made my day—16 GB was exactly what I needed, but I couldn’t afford the upgrade at the time. This kind of thoughtful service is rare. After a few weeks of use, I can confidently say the laptop is in excellent condition. The battery feels like new, and everything works perfectly. I’m beyond happy with my purchase and will definitely keep coming back if this quality and service continue. I highly recommend Back Market and this trader to anyone looking for reliable, affordable, and trustworthy refurbished tech.

Bought for my son to do his schooling and needless to say, I'm a little jealous! P51 packing some power, it's a wonder why windows 11 isn't compatible with the processor (it is and running perfectly! *wink* *wink*) For a refurbished laptop in "fair" condition... I thought it brand new if it weren't for barely noticing the slight wear marks on the shell perimeter. Absolutely impeccable condition and fully functional. BackMarket service amazing, I have already purchased another device, also perfect. I am very likely to buy again!

A great quality laptop, exactly as described. Much better value than buying brand new and yet it looks, behaves and feels brand new! It’s really good to know that less raw materials are being used when I buy from Backmarket. So much less wasteful to use a good refurbished second hand item. Thank you Backmarket.

Works almost like new. Trackpad is a little off but that might be a result of installing a different OS. One mark on the lid but otherwise undamaged. Can't expect much more from a refurbished piece of kit so I'm very happy with the purchase.

I've bought a couple of refurbished Lenovo Think Pads for our field team over the past 12 months but they were from a different refurbisher, not through BackMarket. As the other company didn't have any in stock when I needed another one, and having purchased 3 refurbished mobiles from Back Market before and been delighted, I thought I'd give one a go. The laptop works perfectly and is quick, suggesting that much of the bloat associated with new equipment has been removed. The case is a bit 'shiny', unlike the matt finish I've received before so I suspect this has been done to try to make the laptop look as good as it could, and someone went a bit overboard with the dashboard polish! Personally, I'd have preferred a slightly scratched matt finish but this is a minor gripe. I'm in the process of loading some diagnostic software and this is a time consuming and tricky process but the laptop seems to be handling it ith ease, so if it performs as well in the field once it reaches its new owner, I'll be a happy shopper.

Very pleased with the Lenovo Thinkpad I thought it would be refurbished but it looked brand new. Company easy to deal with communication was brilliant. Came very quickly . Would definitely buy from them again.

the laptop is as good as advertised. It was actually better than I expected. It's fast and runs smoothly. I recommend buying refurbished anytime!

I am so impressed with everything. The laptop arrived the very next day (to my surprise) and was partly charged and ready to register Windows. It's amazing to get such a quality product so cheap and help reduce environmental impact. I was a bit worried about buying a refurbished product but would definitely do so again!

Brilliant. Very happy with my 'new' laptop. It actually was like it was just out of the box. Very easy to set up and get going straight away. This is a great way to replace an old bit of technology. I will use Back Market again. Thanks
