Ordering this laptop was super easy Delivery was amazing and the laptop came in amazing quality no blemishes on the screen or anything like that, only scratches to paint that are very minimal I didn’t even notice until I had a good look at the laptop.

The Lenovo Ideapad I received was as far as I could tell Brand New! No signs of wear and tear whatsoever and I was able to update immediately to Win 11, which I had not expected. Slots for Sim and SD cards but I I haven't tried them yet. For a lightweight, fast and good-looking piece of kit for use when travelling this really is great. It arrived on time and was well packaged. I simply downloaded the manual from Lenovo's site and was good to go. As far as I'm concerned ...... Great service - great product

Product was on point and functional in every facet. A few minor scratches on the bottom but not visible to the naked eye. The machine works perfectly and I’m thinking of buying another one. If it’s rated Good then definitely it’s for you. Exceeded my expectations. They really did a nice job
