I can wholly recommend your company with confidence to anyone unsure about buying second hand IT stuff - all my purchases have been refurbished by the experts which is so much better than buying off a mate (or other). There may be a very bad reason why they are getting rid of it, do you have the expertise to spot it? Back Market's team does.

Ordering this laptop was super easy Delivery was amazing and the laptop came in amazing quality no blemishes on the screen or anything like that, only scratches to paint that are very minimal I didn’t even notice until I had a good look at the laptop.

The Lenovo Ideapad I received was as far as I could tell Brand New! No signs of wear and tear whatsoever and I was able to update immediately to Win 11, which I had not expected. Slots for Sim and SD cards but I I haven't tried them yet. For a lightweight, fast and good-looking piece of kit for use when travelling this really is great. It arrived on time and was well packaged. I simply downloaded the manual from Lenovo's site and was good to go. As far as I'm concerned ...... Great service - great product

I bought this with my Xmas money. I was so unsure as never used this before. but I was very surprised and happy. I order a fair condition and it came looking brand new. I have no issues at all. and would definitely use again. thank u back market

the jury is still out on this one as this is a Christmas gift so I've not really seen it being used yet but I have turned it on and all seems good on the face of it. this was brought in fair condition and fair condition it is. the mouse pad is worn and the arm some small scratches but if it works fine then it will be a much more powerful laptop than what we would be able to afford otherwise. only point to note is that the packaging was questionable. the box was huge compared to the laptop with very little packing so it would have probably been sliding around the box in transit. my last experience with back market was great and so far this laptop meets expectations as well so I'm pretty happy so far. thanks.

Product was on point and functional in every facet. A few minor scratches on the bottom but not visible to the naked eye. The machine works perfectly and I’m thinking of buying another one. If it’s rated Good then definitely it’s for you. Exceeded my expectations. They really did a nice job
