I can wholly recommend your company with confidence to anyone unsure about buying second hand IT stuff - all my purchases have been refurbished by the experts which is so much better than buying off a mate (or other). There may be a very bad reason why they are getting rid of it, do you have the expertise to spot it? Back Market's team does.

Ordering this laptop was super easy Delivery was amazing and the laptop came in amazing quality no blemishes on the screen or anything like that, only scratches to paint that are very minimal I didn’t even notice until I had a good look at the laptop.

Having spent so long trying to find a laptop within my price range, I am so pleased from a sustainability perspective to purchase a refurbished laptop. The machine is excellent and was in pristine condition on arrival. Windows 11 installed smoothly and the machine is a joy to use. I hope more people will consider refurbished laptops. So I just purchased the Lenovo ThinkPad x1 Yoga i5 5th Gen and... wow. I ordered the 'good' condition for a great price of £349 and it quite literally has a few tiny scuff marks and that is it. The screen looks brand new, all the ports work, the charger is original and working. The battery life seems fine. Came with Windows 11 Pro also. Laptop is very quick, very nice to the eye and basically just perfect for what I need it for. Ordered on the Monday, arrived by Lunch on the Tuesday. I would both highly recommend this site, as well as the seller, and also, the laptop itself. Overall, very happy with my purchase. Thank you !

I am so ecstatic now as I received my order of Levono Thinkpad X360 from Back Market in less than 72 hours. The laptop looks practically new with just a minor scratch at the back. This item was purchased as a gift for an "adopted" son in Sierra Leone so I can't directly comment on the hardware itself, except for some basic checks when it arrived which were all normal, but with respect to the price, apparent quality, speed of delivery and Customer Service, I would have no hesitation in recommending Back Market as a supplier...!

The Lenovo Ideapad I received was as far as I could tell Brand New! No signs of wear and tear whatsoever and I was able to update immediately to Win 11, which I had not expected. Slots for Sim and SD cards but I I haven't tried them yet. For a lightweight, fast and good-looking piece of kit for use when travelling this really is great. It arrived on time and was well packaged. I simply downloaded the manual from Lenovo's site and was good to go. As far as I'm concerned ...... Great service - great product
