Disappointing. First purchase on back market and it was a bad decision. EarPods on the right ear not working at all. Don’t know if this was deliberate or the seller didn’t check the device at all before shipping

💯 as stated brand new sealed in box, battery worked for over 8hrs. preferred choice over ear buds bc you leave them hung around your neck in half knot magnets buds together, immediately at hand for incoming call with blue tooth connection rapid. sound quality calls/music very good 🙂

The earphones work perfectly, fit well in my ears and don’t move/fall. The charging box is small and doesn’t bother. Quality of sound is very good and love the app to switch between levels of noise-canceling. For less than 70£ I think they are a sweet deal!

The sound quality is an improvement from my last ones. They have been comfortable so far (about 3 hours of listening). The case, however came in what I would say is 'fair' quality and not good. There were too many scratches and gouges in the case for it to be 'Good'. It did not come with a charging cable or other earbud pieces. so I will have to buy more which feels like the antithesis of the Backmarket ethos.

If this is an item specific review for the jbl earphones i am not very impressed. The sound for calls is pretty good but not for music. And the fit isn't good for me. This may be a natural ear shape matter but they're defo not for everyone imo, wish others a better experience .

Quick delivery time, packing was a little banged up but the earphones are working well and were sufficiently protected! This is my second order, and would definitely use BackMarket again.
