Smooth experience on the Back Market platform to find and select the product I was looking for. Uncertainty as to whether the headset is a Jabra Evolve 75SE as opposed to a simple 75 (orange cable versus black) but there is no functional difference between the 2 and the headset is otherwise as described.

I received the helmet in the condition described. The dongle was missing but I already had one (previous helmet broken). The headset has a barcode as if it came from a company. Perhaps resold by this company.

The helmet was sent quickly and carefully. Visually, the headphones are in perfect condition and as described. However, I found that the headphones did not live up to their promise in terms of noise reduction.

To be honest, 5 stars for the back market site, but 1 for the subcontractor. The parcel arrived but did not conform to the order. An earpiece to put on the ear when ordering and an in-ear when receiving. Given the urgency, I am returning the product and making other arrangements.

After 3 weeks of use, I'm completely satisfied with the headset for all my calls and videos.

Item in much better condition than advertised and of course fully functional. Delivered with a storage bag that I hadn't noticed in the advert, very practical. Fast and careful delivery.

Item delivered very quickly (in advance!) and perfectly complies with the description, both in terms of its condition, like new, and its functionality. Perfect for intensive teleworking. Its light weight makes it a pleasant companion even for long video sessions. (PS: this is not my first Jabra wireless ....)

Early delivery, helmet in very good condition as expected. I recommend this headset for its battery performance (85H of real autonomy). In addition it offers a real sound experience with very good quality for the price. Noise reduction is present but not exceptional either. I like the app for adjusting the headphones.
