Great reconditioned iphone xs - super quality for a 5 yr old phone. Battery looks to have been replaced which is great - though wish they could use genuine parts as now have a constant battery message showing saying the part is not genuine which is a pain - hence a point marked down.

I think you compromise on battery life when buying refurbished, but everything else is brilliant. The iPhone XS is fab, brilliant camera and storage and looks like a new phone (one the case is one - I opted for one in ‘okay’ condition) Makes a phone I would never buy new affordable. But the battery life is compromised in comparison to what I had before, if you’re prepared to think about battery saving useage of your phone and possible a charge in the day/carting a battery pack with you, then it’s a worthwhile purchase. Very happy now I’ve made peace with that compromise!

Only needed a cheap phone as a 2nd phone for work, arrived in perfect condition as described looked literally brand new. Was a good price and works flawlessly. Only Royal Mail let it down due to it taking 2 weeks to get to me but no fault of the seller.

Delivery (DPD) was excellent and a day early. The refurbished iPhone 10S is in excellent condition, the battery showing 100% when tested. Transfer from my old (also a refurbished) iPhone 8was seamless, if a little long winded. Will definitely be back when this phone is up for replacement.

The phone and delivery couldn’t fault …. Getting paid from my trade in … haven’t received it yet although the company that bought my phone paid the money to back market 5 days ago … you take the money asap but return it at a less pressing pace !!!!!!

Bought iPhone XS in excellent condition. However, phone screen was loose and made phone rattle. Sent back for a refund. Not great quality control.
