I brought the iPhone XS Max 256GB for more storage for photos and better camera quality. The camera didn’t disappoint is takes clear definition photos and there are settings to edit and adjust your photo’s. With 256GB there’s more than enough storage for what I wanted it for. The iPhone also has a large screen great for watching videos and viewing webpages. There’s alot of features on the iPhone so you can tweak how you like your phone, everything else is app based so that’s just user preference. Condition of the iPhone was nearly mint condition till I noticed two scratches on the screen but they don’t effect the use, plus I’m getting the new screen protector that uses gel technology so won’t even see them again. This is the 2nd time we’ve ordered from back market and have been impressed with there products and service.

Very pleased with the phone, arrived in very good condition and well packed. Communication was excellent. I would certainly consider a refurbished phone from Back Market in the future. Very good value for money..Thank you!

Unfortunately my purchase this time wasn’t the best experience. The phone was meant to be a gift and as I paid for a good quality refurbishment I’ve been expecting it to work properly. I have to say that I didn’t check if everything was working as the phone was meant for another person in a different country. When this person started to set up the phone it came out that the Face ID is not working. Now I can’t get the phone back in time to send it back to be fixed so this person now will have to fix the phone on their own expense. It is very disappointing as the expectations where high as I always buy refurbished phones on back market. New time I’ll be very careful cause it shouldn’t happen.

Phone is in good condition and delivery was very good. The top of the screen does flicker sometimes and the battery seems to have been replaced but provides a notification that something might be wrong with the battery or it isn’t an apple part. Holds battery fine though.

After accidentally getting my phone wet and watching it die, l was at a lost of what to do next, l didn’t want a new contract with a new phone, l turned to my daughter who suggested Back Market, l had heard about the company as l had since a advert on the tv in Spain, l went on your website and did a lot of research going back and forth with another company and l was amazed at what you offered and the prices, l could not believe the difference, but after 3 days of yes, no, yes , l decided to buy fro. You and l was not disappointed, phone arrived within 24 hours and was just as described, it was perfect, loaded everything on to it and l am so glad l choose Backmarket and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a phone. Battery working. Phone on great condition absolutely amazing, great communication with the company. From now on this is the way l will buy a phone. Thank you

First time using Back Market, Paid for A grade phone, tbf was pretty good shape, could have done with the mic and speakers properly cleaning. For the extra money paid. As it’s a Christmas Present for my 10 year old daughter. So out of 10, I would give the phone quality 8 of 10, reason being. No box, not cleaned good enough, for the extra that I paid, I was expecting it properly cleaned, but the communication was good and arrived on time. The phone although not new was in good condition and the battery is above average consumption.
