I purchased an IPhone SE (2020) in ‘Good’ condition to replace my very well used IPhone 6. I was rather nervous about ordering a refurbished second hand phone but I needn’t of worried! Ordered on a Saturday morning and it arrived the following Monday, never received such fast delivery especially over a weekend. In much better condition than I expected, only a couple of specs here and there but hardly noticeable. Packaging was excellent. Came with a charging cable, Sim eject tool (very useful) and fitted with a screen protector. A real bonus, thank you! Overall very pleased with my purchase. Bought two IPhone SE (2020) for the kids and could be happier. Firstly the price was very good. Best we saw for the refurbished ones we wanted. Delivery was very quick. The product was excellent. I left it a little late to open the packages, and was thinking about ordering a case. Not only were they both in amazing condition but they came with a screen protector (already attached), a case, a cable and a stylus. So impressed. I will be back. Thank you for such an amazing produce and equally good service.

I ordered an SE22 refurbished in 'excellent' condition. It arrived ahead of schedule, and was soundly packaged. I would not be able to tell it was not a new phone! Being a novice regarding smartphones, it has taken me a while to fathom out all its complex capabilities, but I am enjoying using it and knowing that my purchase has helped the environment by saving wastage. This phone seems very good and I would recommend the website to others. Postage and packaging fantastic. Price really wonderful for this model with the warranty. The phone was listed as fair condition and I think this is accurate for a refurbished phone. On eBay this would be listed as good. There are scratches around the phone that are not visible when using it. The only small gripe I have is that the battery has been replaced with a third party battery not approved by Apple. This is not a big problem for me at all, but it does mean that battery health analysis doesn't work so the phone isn't quite 'fully functional'. It's possible that this was made clear on the listing or in the fine print and I just didn't notice! Anyway thanks very much, overall a great buying experience so far. Hopefully I don't need to use the included warranty.

I am satisfied with my iPhone Se. It was in excellent condition when I received it I could never tell it was an refurbish phone its like brand new. Its working perfect. I'd definitely make another purchase off here and I've been recommending back market to friends.

Very nervous about ordering a refurbished iPhone but after making the decision I am delighted! Beautiful phone. Looks like new. Not a mark anywhere. Still finding my way around it after changing from Samsung which I had for years. But glad I changed as family all have iPhones and it helps that they and we (being old folk) can keep track of each other when out and about. Well done back market and thank you.

iPhone in pristine condition as described. Works perfectly, not a single scratch or mark to any surface of phone. Extremely pleased with purchase.
